Lately I've been drawing some type of island -- that's also a world (with the forest, lakes, mountains, etc.) -- And I've drawn MANY different versions. I started almost a year ago , it was simple just the volcano (left) there were two mountains covered in forests, I then wanted to make it BETTER.
I did one like it is now, with a new mountain (right) where one side goes high up into the air and then the other is like a plateu. and in the middle I had a desert actually, instead of just forest. And I had quite a few villages and pathways.
I then did it again, but ths time colored it out with colored pencil.
Now, I have done it on the comp and added a few extra effects. Except, this time I did not add in the villages, the desert, the farms, the castle that sits on the flat area of the mountain to the right. I just felt like doing the ENVIORMENT part in this particular one. I think I might write a story about this pace soon dunno yet and I still don't have a name for it but that'll be MUCHlater in the future...
Any one have any comments on it? O.o or maybe a suggestion for the name of this place...
How about you name it "River's Edge" or "Everlasting" or something like that? It needs some trees and maybe even a beach near the pond and snow atop the mountains!

You can't see them well because of the distance, but I'm doing a pencil sketch of this witch names, cities, etc. and the trees are more apparent.
